Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA Embarks on Inclusive 2024 Budget Consultative Forum Across All 5 Wards

In a remarkable display of community engagement, Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA orchestrated the 2024 Budget Consultative Forum, held concurrently in all five wards. This initiative not only sought to involve residents in the budgetary process but also integrated essential community services, including a free medical mission and the distribution of pharmaceutical resources.

Basirat Adetutu Banjoko, representing Ward C1, conveyed the significance of the event, stating, “Our aim is to bring the budget consultation closer to the people, ensuring their needs and concerns are heard. This proactive approach allows us to address their yearnings well in advance of the new year.”

Hon. Hakeem Solawon, who presides over Ward C2, echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the commitment of the council to the welfare of its constituents. “We are dedicated to listening to the yearnings of the people, and we assure them that the executive chairman, Builder Olusesan Mayokun Daini, has their interests at heart,” he affirmed.
